How Could You Help?

We believe in the goodness of others and the idea people want to help they just don’t always have the avenue in which to do so. The Magic of Mittens program provides very easy opportunities for people to truly make a difference.

Over 700 local children woke up Christmas Morning to experience the Magic and Wonder of the Season because of The Magic of Mittens Program and wonderful people like you!

Our Impact

It’s not how much we give but how much love we put into giving.

                                                      Mother Teresa

Every year, this program brings love, hope and joy to the children of Manatee County. I remember moving schools, and having a class of first graders without much extra in life. One told me Santa had never visited their house. I sat in tears not knowing how to provide the “love magic” that I had as a child and had seen given at my prior school. I knew Magic Of Mittens could help provide what this child had never been able to experience.
I have tears rolling down my face as I write this. I was the little girl who was so needy that the Easter Basket meal came home with me. I teach children who have never seen “Santa’s” love. A child turned teacher can create many excuses on why Santa hasn’t come before, but there is no greater feeling to be able to say- “Santa is coming this year.
Our families are always incredibly grateful for the help and, more importantly, the support that the Mittens Program offers. It is truly life changing for them. My favorite part is returning from winter break to hear all about what “Santa”, Beth and her families, were able to provide for my kids. I can barely think about it without tearing up.

Our mission

To bring the Magic and Love of Christmas to local children in need by sharing the true spirit of Giving.
